Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will give you full command over your e-mail box accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a brand new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. In addition, you can redirect emails from one electronic mail account to another, set up email filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your electronic mail accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited electronic mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages according to specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your e-mail accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Just choose the mailbox account you wish to redirect mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you would like to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
